About Me

Hello, my name is Cassie Ellis. For the past 15 years, I have been creating innovative learning experiences that put the learner front and center. When it comes to the learning experience,  it's always been the 'why" and "how" for me.  As a learner, I have always been the one to ask questions and learn best through engaging interactions. As an instructional designer and developer, my passion is connecting the "why" and  "how" with relevant, real-life interactions to meet those targeted goals. 

My career began as an educator and quickly pivoted to training and leading a team of colleagues. Over the past few years, I had been tasked to design, develop, and deliver multiple ILT trainings to my colleagues and supervisors. It was at this time that I knew instructional design and the adult learning experience were where my true passion and calling was. This opportunity led me to pursue a career in instructional design.
